We have extensive experience in securing every type of municipal permit and approval.    Including subdivision approval, site plan approval, special permit,area and use variances, zoning interpretations and amendments.   Our expertise in practicing before both the Adirondack Park Agency, the Lake George Park Commission, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation   as well as Town and County Planning Boards allows our clients to benefit.

We have a great amount of experience in securing permits and approvals from the Adirondack Park Agency (APA), the Lake George Park Commission (LGPC) and the New York Sate Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC).  Our experience with the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) includes projects of both a residential and commercial nature.
